Naresh Krishnan is the National Head – Corporate Vending at Truevalue Marketing since July 2015. He has been successfully managing more than 400 employees of his division. His MBA degree in Sales & Marketing has allowed him to implement profitable B2B strategies, which have led to operational excellence. His efforts have empowered the organization to achieve sustainable business efficiencies. He started his career in 1999 with Birla 3M in Bangalore. From 2001 to 2015, he served at Sodexo where he become the National Head of the beverages division and was responsible for various tasks that were carried out across the length and breadth of the country.
Vijay comes with a vast experience of 15 years in the FMCG industry. During this span, he has worked extensively with 3 companies - Hindustan Unilever Limited, Typhoo Tea and Vegit. He believes in converting an opportunity into the success and understand that it takes time to create brands.
During these 15 years, he invested almost 5 years with HUL where he managed the B2B channel and grew the business three folds. His next assignment was with Typhoo Tea. Vijay successfully launched Typhoo in India. He served Typhoo for almost 6 years. The team created by him ensured that Typhoo grows to become one of the most preferred brands in the speciality tea category.
His most recent project was with Vegit. According to him, this was the most difficult product that he had handled. Vegit gave him the thin line of difference between ATL and BTL. Against all the odds he re-launched Vegit and ensured that the business grows substantially not only in terms of absolute sales but also has a decent category share in all the stores. Vegit was a great learning for him.
Vijay is now heading the launch of Granules and Beans in the retail and e-commerce universe. True Value Marketing Services Private Limited (TVM) is the company that owns the brand Granules and Beans. TVM is a well know brand in the B2B channel. Over the last 20 years, the company has grown significantly in the B2B and has a dominant presence. Vijay is working in close association with the MD of the company, developing the roadmap and ensuring that as in the B2B channel, TVM becomes one of the leading players in the retail business with its brand Granules and Beans.
Joy Mathew is Master of Economics with 14 years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Legal Compliances, Administration & Infrastructure Management. Having started his career with TCG (The Chatterjee Group) in Administration and since June 2004 heading TVM's HR & Administration division.
