Nitin Ashar is the founder and Managing Director of one of the most well-known and respectable names in the vending machines and instant beverages business, True Value Marketing Services  Pvt. Ltd.
After graduating from R.A. . Poddar College with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and clearing ICWA, he started working as an researcher at an equity firm. He then worked with Citi Bank as credit profile analyst. He gained deep understanding of different business profiles at his jobs. This knowledge has played a great role in shaping up his own organisation.
He is a passionate tea maker and firmly believes that everyone needs a good cup of tea to keep them going. But making a perfect cup of tea is a time consuming process. In order to enable people to enjoy quality tea according to their convenience, he started True Value marketing services in 1997.
Intially, the company was a well-funded start-up. It is Mr Ashar’s hard work and determination to excel that has brought GnB to its pinnacle of glory. He truly believes in creating products that offer great value to his customers.
Apart from his business, Mr. Ashar enjoys a good game in tennis and practices yoga regularly.

Naresh Krishnan is the National Head – Corporate Vending at Truevalue Marketing since July 2015. He has been successfully managing more than 400 employees of his division. His MBA degree in Sales & Marketing has allowed him to implement profitable B2B strategies, which have led to operational excellence. His efforts have empowered the organization to achieve sustainable business efficiencies. He started his career in 1999 with Birla 3M in Bangalore. From 2001 to 2015, he served at Sodexo where he became the National Head of the beverages division and was responsible for various tasks that were carried out across the length and breadth of the country.

Joy Mathew, Master In Economics & LLB with rich experience in HRM, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Statutory & Legal Compliances, Administration & Infrastructure Management. Since June 2004, heading TVM's HR & Administration division.
