Here’s where the traditional recipe comes to life, through a series of labour intensive processes, which enable us to provide you with the final product.
Material Transfer System
We use an automated material transfer system, in which the key ingredient is fed from the silos and then gets sieved through a vibro shifter. Post this it is transferred into a blender as per the standardized recipe.
Twin Dagger Packing Machine
Once the product is sieved and transferred through the material transfer system, the blended material is put through a hopper of packing machinery via the PCC pipeline.
The product then gets packaged into laminates. The packaging is carried out at the speed of 140 pouches per minute
Conveyor System
A manual check of the packed pouches is carried out by qualified analysts. Once done, a secondary packaging process is carried out.
CIP - Cleaning In Process
To ensure that the process equipment stays sterile and that the hygiene standards are maintained; we use water heated at 80 degrees Celsius which keeps microbiological flora away. Additionally it helps avoid cross contamination of products.

Sugar Grinding Unit
The process of pulverizing sugar to different degrees, to attain the perfect blend.
Sugar Purification
The sugar is then transferred into a feeder hopper, a device which is equipped with a magnetic grill. This magnetic grill helps weed out the impurities.
Chemical Analysis
Chemical analysis of the Raw Material & Finished product is carried out to extract the excess moisture, ash, and volatile oil in the flavours.
Micro Biological Analysis
Post chemical analysis, the raw materials and finished products are put through a series of micro biological analysis.
Verification of Hygienic Practices and Cleaning Efficiency of the Plant Equipment
We run several tests to maintain our hygiene standards. Multiple rounds of verification of these hygiene practices are carried out to keep the cleaning efficiency of the plant’s equipment up to max.
The Hot Zone
Our facility has a designated hot zone. The key focus of this Hot Zone is to maintain sterilisation of the equipment.

Quality Analysis
The entire tea process is carried out by means of a stringent quality control process, in modern automated factories under the supervision of a knowledgeable team of professionals. The end result is a high quality tea that connoisseurs world over have acclaimed as the finest.
The 1 Kg Machine
Once blended, the product gets transferred into a Hopper, via the PCC system. The material gets packed into laminates of 200gms to 1Kg capacity.
Once done, all packets get transferred for secondary packaging
Secondary Packaging
Once the primary packaging is complete, the laminates are verified on checkware, post which they are packed into corrugated boxes.
Incoming Raw Material System
Once the Quality Check and Verification is done, the raw material gets transferred into a storage area via a conveyor.
Raw Material Storage Area
Our raw materials are stored in optimum conditions in terms of temperature and moisture control. This helps ensure that the product is given premium treatment and reaches our end consumer at its finest.
Dispatch Area
Here’s where the logistics happen. Once all the QC processes are carried out, the finished goods are dispatched through a conveyor belt, up to the transport vehicles
